Calling All Volunteers

We're sounding the horn. Please help us reach your classmates and friends to celebrate together this Fall at Reunion and Homecoming 2021.

Help reach out to your classmates and friends

We're diligently working to put together a safe, memorable, and FUN Reunion and Homecoming weekend for you this October 15 - 17, 2021. To help us reach as many alumnae/i as we can, we are seeking volunteers to spread the word throughout your networks.

Are you an email, social media, or text-savvy person? Can you put the call out to your fellow classmates? If you have some flexible timing between August - October, we would be grateful for your assistance.

We welcome volunteers from ANY class year! All alumnae/i, from all class years, are invited to our Homecoming events that weekend. Saturday evening events are designated specifically for milestone Reunions. We are looking for volunteers from classes ending in 0, 1, 5, and 6 to rally your classmates. From the 5th through the 60th reunion, together you can make a difference for every current Wheeler student by helping to promote and elevate your Reunion Class Gift.

Here is your Volunteer Toolkit with suggested templates to reach your classmates, we will share class lists with volunteers. This October, we'll celebrate all alumnae/i, the spirit of the Wheeler community, and you, our rockstar volunteers.

Please direct any questions to the Director of Alumnae/i Engagement, Kelly Clifton - or 401-528-2109
