As part of Wheeler's Homecoming & Reunion Weekend programming, learn about the fascinating life and art of Wheeler's founder, Mary C. Wheeler, from Bob Martin, Upper School Teacher of Visual Arts and School Archivist.
Free, registration requested. All members of the Wheeler community are invited to attend.
(Note that Alumni Career Roundtable participants do NOT need to register again here for this talk- it is included in your roundtable registration.)
Homecoming & Reunion Weekend General Info
CHECK IN
All visitors must check in for a visitor badge to access the Providence campus at 216 Hope Street.
PARKING
For Friday events, it's an active school day and our Staff and Faculty lot is unavailable, so we are offering limited parking on Meeting Street between Brook and Hope Streets between the hours of 9 am-2:45 pm. Please park past the cross walk and print and display this parking pass in your windshield. Additional passes are available at reception.
Saturday night guests are welcome to park in the Staff and Faculty lot on Hope Street.
COSTS
There is only a ticket fee for the reunion dinner under the tent—all other Homecoming & Reunion Weekend events are free.
Early-bird registration closes on August 31. Reunion Dinner tickets cost $55 until August 31 and $75 from September 1 on.
Classes of 2020 and 2021 celebrating their 5 year reunion (our COVID graduates) and classes of 1975 and 1976 celebrating their 50th reunion (welcome to the Purple & Gold Circle!) are offered complimentary tickets.
REGISTRATION QUESTIONS?
Please register by Monday, October 6. The Wheel, our alumni platform, requires an email address to access the registration pages, but you can always login in as a "guest" rather than create a password and profile. (If you DO log in as a registered user you will have access to more resources, such as our alumni directory!). Only alumni can sign up for an account but all guests can sign up for events on the platform with an email address.
