Michael D'Ippolito ('08) coaches Brown Mock Trial to Top Finish in Program's Thirty-Year History

Brown University Mock Trial – coached by Michael D'Ippolito ('08) – finished in Sixth Place at the 38th American Mock Trial Association's ("AMTA") National Championship Tournament in Memphis, TN this past April. Brown Mock Trial's finish is the best in the program's thirty-year history, and the highest placement for any Rhode Island school in the history of college mock trial.

Michael has served as Brown Mock Trial's head coach for the past six years. Prior to coaching at Brown, Michael competed and coached at Duke University, winning the national championship in 2012. 

Michael is Counsel at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. in Providence, RI, where his litigation practice entails assisting clients in wide array of regional and national matters. Michael attributes the origin of his passion for law and trial advocacy to his invaluable experience as a member of Wheeler's mock trial team.
